More than 1 million people visited the destinations in the Borromean Islands, on Lake Maggiore, during the 2023 tourist season.
Isola Bella, Isola Madre, Parco Pallavicino and Rocca di Angera witnessed an 11% increase in visitors compared to the previous season.
The numerous events that brought these historic places to life were an important contribution to this success, events that included the fashion show for the presentation of Louis Vuitton's Cruise 2024 collection.
The tourist season of the Borromean Islands will resume on March 16, 2024.
