Programme

Fatti ad Arte, the event dedicated to High Craftsmanship, an expression of that heritage of beauty and authenticity, which started from the Renaissance workshops and still encompasses art, culture and tradition, is back.

Fatti ad Arte presents in the splendid setting of the historic Palazzi La Marmora and Ferrero, the Artisan Art of the great Masters of human making, where talent, manual ability and experimentation create cultural and economic value, where tradition and innovation are in perfect harmony. A relationship, the one between Historic Houses and Master Craftsmen, that has always existed, enhanced during the event by the presence of the craftsmen themselves at work, thanks to which visitors can learn about the working processes that give rise to the artifacts and the beauty of handmade.

Unique pieces of ceramics, glass, textiles, tailoring, footwear, the arts of goldsmithing, restoration, bookbinding, decoration, mosaics, violin making, and more will be on display.

Fatti ad Arte values Biella's status as a UNESCO Creative City for Crafts, hosting each edition the individual entities that are part of the Network, to promote cooperation among cities that have identified creativity as a strategic factor for sustainable urban development.
