Programme

From Saturday July 29th, until the end of October, a pack of 50 large colourful wolves will colonise woods, roads, gardens, villas and balconies in the areas of Miasino, Ameno and Orta San Giulio.

The wolves will be arranged along the Nigra trail, a path traced by Itinerarium which starts from the Basilica of Saint Julius on the island by the same name and connects the places linked to the architect Carlo Nigra (1856-1942), a multifaceted figure extremely projected towards the future who shaped, redesigned and modeled the landscape that we see today around Lake Orta. The various stops touch the parish church and the Sacred Mountain in Orta, Villa Nigra and its garden, the Church of Saint Rocco and the Garden of the Foolish People in Miasino, the Villa with the Mount Oro Park and the neo-Gothic Tornielli Park in Ameno.

Inauguration with the NOTTE IN BRANCO (NIGHT IN THE PACK), Saturday July 29th, from 6:30 pm at Villa Nigra, Miasino
