Programme

After the alpine stage in Formazza and Macugnaga, the Omegna town centre will host the exhibition route: built entirely in the open air, thanks to reproductions of the works on large panels displayed in the villages involved, and dedicated to the high communication routes, alpine passes, means of transport and travellers between the Ossola Valley and the Valais Canton.

"Passing the Alps" is part of the Interreg Italy-Switzerland project "Di-Se - DiSegnare il territorio", three years of drawing and art organised by the Museum Association of Ossola, Museumzentrum La Caverna di Naters and the Asilo Bianco Association.

The activities of the third year of "Di-Se" are dedicated to the theme "navigating the mountains".
