From October 3rd to November 22nd, 2021, Canton Ticino will host the fifteenth edition of the S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino, one of the most prestigious and long-lasting food and wine festivals in Europe.

The event was born from the meeting among chefs of international haute cuisine who, with their professionalism, contribute to creating evenings devoted to flavors in the splendid locations of Ticino.

The 2021 edition will have as its theme " Il Ticino incontra le regioni d’Italia” (Ticino Meets the Regions of Italy): chefs from all over Italy will bring their "knowledge" and an extraordinary variety of flavors to Ticino kitchens.
