Description

From Friday 28 August it is possible to ascend the dome of San Gaudenzio in Novara using a new spectacular route. The experience is certainly exciting. In fact, the works have enabled the extension of the path inside the dome up to 100 meters high (previously it was 57). A new record for one of the most important monuments of the Italian nineteenth century, the tallest brick building in Europe, which has towered over the city of Novara for a century and a half.

Through these new walkways, so far excluded from the traditional visiting circuits, it is possible to retrace, with helmet and harness, the history of this extraordinary masterpiece and enjoy exclusive points of view inside the building.

Opening hours:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays - Five shifts as follows: 09.30 - 11.30 - 14.30 - 16.30 - 18.30
