With Orta Lake Challenge the great row will return to Orta San Giulio from October 15 to 17, 2021.

There will be two days of spectacular and high-level races, scheduled on the classic 6 km route that starts from the Bagnera region in Orta San Giulio, arrives up to Pettenasco, circumnavigates the Island of San Giulio and then returns to the Bagnera region.

The races start on October 16 with the 6th edition of the Eights Challenge - Remo Rosso Trophy, a race reserved for 8 athletes who will compete in a time trial.

On October 17 it will be the turn of the 16th edition of the Italian Sculling Challange - Memorial don Angelo Villa, the race established in 2005 to remember don Angelo Villa, spiritual father of Italian rowing, and characterized by the spectacular mass start. The program foresees at 10.00 the 1000 m races for the youth categories, while at 12.00 the Memorial will start with the 6 km race.
