Unfortunately another event has been canceled.

The Maratona della Valle Intrasca, scheduled for June, was canceled for the second year in a row and postponed to 2022.

Marco Cannetta, president of the CAI Verbano Intra section, the organizing body of the race had these words: "We waited for clear signs of improvement but the continued health emergency forced us to choose to postpone the race until 2022. A painful choice of course, for us and for our runner friends, but the sense of responsibility prevailed, also in consideration of the protocols regarding the safety of running competitions".

The mountain running festival, which for years has involved thousands of runners and spectators, is only postponed with the certainty that in 2022 it will be even more spectacular and exciting.
