Ossola in Cantina, a novelty among the events organized in Val d’Ossola, is a valuable opportunity to discover and taste the excellent wine production of the Ossola area skillfully combined with traditional products.
Born in 2019 from an idea of the management of Slow Food Valle Ossola and organized by the Ossola Agricultural Producers Association with the collaboration of AIS VCO, Ossola in Cantina is a guided tour among the eight Ossola wineries along which the participants become acquainted with the producers and the kinds of grapes, and above all they can taste wines ranging from chilled Chardonnay to Prünent, from Nebbiolo to Merlot and a surprising Passito.
