Programme

With the arrival of spring, the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto are filled with colour thanks to the splendid blooms of azaleas and rhododendrons. These two types of plants, belonging to the ericaceae family, originate from Eurasia and America.

Among the various species of Azaleas that can be admired are Azalea Mc Eacharn and Azalea Conte Alessandro Orsetti, while the noteworthy rhododendrons present in the garden are Rhododendron augustinii and Rhododendron "bleu diamond".

We also advise you not to miss the Rhododendron Wood, a flowery universe in the shade of imposing centuries-old trees.
