Herbarium vagans is the great travelling exhibition inaugurated in the summer of 2020, where alpine and pre-alpine herbs and flowers portrayed by important painters are exhibited in the open air in the marvellous historic centres of Domodossola and Santa Maria Maggiore first, and then on Lake Orta in Ameno, Miasino and Orta San Giulio.

From 19 December, the exhibition crosses the border into the Swiss Canton of Valais, where it will remain until 31 January 2021.
