The archipelago of the Borromean Islands and the Rock of Angera, owned by the Borromeo family, are going reopen to the public for the 2015 tourist season.

From March 20, almost in conjuncture with the first day of spring, the Isola Madre, Isola Bella and Rocca Borromeo can be visited through individual visits or guided tours until the month of October 2015.

Isola Bella, with its majestic seventeenth-century building and its spectacular gardens, Isola Madre, with its lush vegetation and rare plants and the Rock of Angera can be visited every day from 9.00 to 17.30 (last entrance).

Simultaneously, Isola Bella inaugurates the exhibition The Enchanted Islands, The Grand Tour and the painting of views in the Borromean domains: from Gaspar Van Wittel to Luigi Ashton.
