Take A13 Locarno-Tenero, take the exit in the direction of Ascona and follow the signs for the former airport, where the event is held.

In late July, horse riding fans can enjoy the CSI Ascona international equestrian show.

The event attracts many of the world’s top riders. The vast area of Ascona’s old airport is decked out in party style for spectacular jumping and dressage events and equestrian displays.

The entire three day event is dedicated to horse riding and offers a top level programme of sport. The main events featuring powerful thoroughbreds and expert riders are complemented by various sideshows and by entertainment for young and old.
