Alchèmica is the first female-focused food festival in the Biella area. It’s an annual chance to meet the stars of Biella and Canavese cuisine and experience the flavours, colours, and aromas they represent.
Alchèmica takes place in various locations throughout the Biella area and offers gourmet encounters with various protagonists of taste: farmers, breeders, cooks, sommeliers, gastronomes, cheesemakers and much more.
