The ceremony to award the title of “2024 European City of Wine”, given to Upper Piedmont and Gran Monferrato, was held in Lamego, a town in Portugal: the places in the provinces of Novara, Alessandria, Vercelli and Biella make up the engaging circuit of the European City of Wine for the year 2024.
Throughout the year, the wines and tourist offers of these areas will become the protagonists of round tables, tastings, and conferences devoted to wine-growing.
