The Tour of Lake Maggiore is on an asphalt road and involves the use of the ferry (Ferries’ info: https://www.navigazionelaghi.it/en/tickets-and-timetables-lake-maggiore/)

In Verbania Intra we load bicycles on the ferry to Laveno-Mombello, on the Lombard shore of the lake.

Once in Laveno, we ride along the lake shore through the characteristic villages of Ispra and Angera.

At Sesto Calende we cross the bridge over the Ticino river to return to the Piedmontese shore of the lake. We complete the tour returning to Verbania Intra, passing through Arona and Meina.
