The Rice Week is a set of events and initiatives spread across the territory of Vercelli to promote its typical product, rice. Every year, during the month of February, workshops, guided tours, and conferences are organized to discover and enhance this cereal and the food and wine of the territory.
At the same time, the Risotto Days are also held, days during which in restaurants that adhere to the initiative you can find special menus based on rice.
