Monterosa East Himalayan Trail. The Monterosa East Himalayan Trail, known as MEHT, is one of the races most challenging for the enthusiasts of the trail running, that brings the athletes to run under the wall most high of Europe, the wall east of the Monte Rosa, in a track that touches the places most significant of Macugnaga and of the Anzasca Valley.
The race itself is composed of routes of lengths different: the most severe is that of the Epic, of 58km, follows that of the Sky of 39km, of the Scenic of 21km and of the Zamakanà of 13km. It itself takes place furthermore also the MEHT Mini Trail, a run non competitive of 2km dedicated especially to the small and to their families.
