Pettenasco is located on the eastern shore of Lake Orta and is a popular tourist destination. It has a small beach and a landing stage.
The Church of Sant’Audenzio and Caterina is a source of history: built in 1778, it preserves its Romanesque bell tower, one of the first in the area.
The manufacture of turned wooden objects characterizes the craftsmanship of the area; the Museum of Art and Wood Turning is dedicated to this tradition.
