Mangia Bevi e Bici ("Eat Drink and Bike") is a non-competitive food and wine bike ride, with departure and arrival in Ispra, through charming spots and including numerous monuments, between the shores of Lake Maggiore and the land of the Varese lakes.

Established in 2011, it is now in its 10th edition and will take place on 21st June 2020. The ride includes routes with two different levels of difficulty and allows its participants to discover local products, monuments, landscapes, places of cultural and naturalistic value that can be reached and visited during an entire day, following, according to their choice, one of the itineraries marked specifically for the event.
