After the great success of the 2017 edition with about 2000 participants in the different competitions and athletes coming from Switzerland and other European countries, Ascona Locarno Run, one of the most important running event in the area, will be held on 13th and 14th October 2018.

The agenda includes:

Mezza Maratona (The Half Marathon): Sunday 14th October, along the streets in Locarno and Ascona; starting and finishing line in Piazza Grande in Locarno;
10 Km: Sunday 14th October, along the streets in Locarno and Ascona; starting and finishing line in Piazza Grande in Locarno;
City Run, 5 km: Saturday evening at 7:00 along the streets in Locarno;
KidsRun: the 300-meter-long competition will completely take place in Piazza Grande in Locarno
