Programme

Crodo, in the Antigorio Valley, will once more play host to an event celebrating the highest quality dairy products made in the Alps.

BiancoLatte includes a market fair and a high-quality tasting experience hosted by chefs from Cooking for Alp. The event will fill the air with the scent of hay, nature, tradition and flavours, all of which are preserved with passion and determination in these highland territories bordering with Switzerland.

The well-stocked market fair, which will take place all day on Sunday 15th October at the Foro Boario in Crodo, will offer visitors the chance to experience the quality of local products first hand.

In the afternoon of Sunday 15th October, the market fair will also offer visitors an exceptional snack, a Piedmont tradition dating back over 150 years, anticipating what has now become a popular trend for all ages, the apericena or happy hour.

Organised by chefs from the Cooking for Alp association, the tasting experience, subject to an extra cost, will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Sunday 15th October.

Other events planned include a delicious workshop for children called “CioccoLatte”, organised by the Istituto Alberghiero Rosmini of Domodossola on Saturday 14th October.
