The 12th edition of a traditional donkey race known as the Palio degli Asini will take place in the centre of Varzo, on the afternoon of Sunday 29th April.

Running alongside the "Aprile Varzese" event, which takes place from 21st April to 1st May, this original race brightens up the streets and squares of the town, located right in the heart of the Simplon Valley.
