It will be a year of great events including musicculture and art for the city of Domodossola, the "Village of Culture" in upper Piedmont.

In the stunning old town, recently restored, the municipality of Domodossola with the help of the Mario Ruminelli Cultural Association, proposes a series of events with international personalities.

First date on Friday, April 15th: an evening dedicated to Chopin with the pianist Roberto Prosseda that will perform the Polish composer and his works at the Auditorium of the School Giovanni XXIII.

Thursday, May 5th the second evening is dedicated to Paganini, with the violinist Andrea Cardinale that will perform the "Capricci".

The third event will be held on Sunday, June 12th and will see a confrontation between art and music, on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the work of Tanzio da Varallo with an exhibition housed in the Collegiata Church of Domodossola and a choral concert.

On Friday, September 16th the protagonist will be the cellist Alessandro Palmieri, who will give a concert dedicated to Bach.

On Thursday, October 13th the awaited presence of the art historian Philippe Daverio for a meeting organized in collaboration with the Foundation Poscio.

Another important date will be Wednesday, December 7th when the Collegiata Church will host the Orchestra of the Teatro Coccia in Novara and the Chorus of San Remo.

The closure on the afternoon of December 31st with the solemn Mass "Te Deum".
