In Italy, the nativity scene is a traditional and unmissable component of Christmas time. The municipality of Crodo, in the Antigorio Valley thinks the same and has launched an interesting initiative of territory promotion, called “Nativity scenes on the water”.
From December 7 to January 6, 40 nativity scenes created by the local people on fountains and creeks will remain open to visitors during day and night. The citizens will take care of every creation on a daily basis by turning on and off the lights and candles.
