The Antrona Valley Natural Park presents “Scharghè”, the awaited Milk and Cheese Festival of Cheggio.

The appointment is on Sunday 5th September 2010 at 10 am at the “Rifugio Cai Novara”, with Mariano and Rosy; here we can see the beautiful photos taken by Roberto Bianchetti.

At 12 o’clock we can taste polenta and milk, which will be offered. After that there will be a free tasting of typical produce, such as: toma, gorgonzola d’Anzola, ricotta cheese, stewed steak, ricotta cheese pie and wine.

At 15.00 the traditional hand-milking.
