Amaretti di Gallarate – the Macaroons of Gallarate

These are part of dry confectionery Almond based biscuits in irregular shapes and golden brown in colour with a crispy outside and soft inside in typical balance of bitter-sweet.

From the definition of the recipe, from the quality of the raw materials, from the long procedure of processing and refining (about 16 hours), from the hands of the "master chefs", come assorted recipes which take advantage of the originality. All of them good, but none quite like any other.

After all, this is the beauty of crafted products. Because we must remember that all of the pastry chefs ask that the macaroon remain an exclusively handmade product. So the product, by its very nature, will never have an industrial future. It is instead protected by the De.C.O. brand and has obtain recognition as a typical Lombardy Region product.
