The Lake district tourist board recently called in at the "China International Travel Mart", one of the most important Asian showroom events dedicated to the tourism sector, held at the end of November in Kunming, in the Chinese province of Yunnan.

This opportunity to participate was given thanks to the hospitality offered by the magazine written in Chinese "Orrizonte Italia Magazine", which after dedicating a cover story to Lake Maggiore, wanted the Vco present in China."We had the opportunity", said the Lake district tourist board president, "to present the lake area and our valleys to the Chinese press during a press conference with over sixty press members, which included specialist television, together with leaders of Italian and international tourism such as Alpitour, and other significant territorial promoters, from the Cinque Terre to Tuscany wines."
