The cultural association La Finestra sul Lago has scheduled for 27th March, 23rd April and 28th May 2010 three theme based dinners dedicated to some famous European novels.

On Saturday 27th March a dinner inspired by the novels of the Sicilian writer Pirandello will be served. The menu offers typical Sicilian dishes.

On Friday 23rd April an original French cuisine menu, inspired by the novel of the French author Raymond Queneau, The Blue Flowers, will be served. The guests will have dinner surrounded by Camellias.

Eventually, on Friday 28th May, Switzerland and its unique chocolate will be the stars of the evening, based on the novels of the Swiss author Frederich Durrenmatt.

The dinners will be held at the restaurant Gli Antichi Romani in Romanico (Baveno) and will start at 8.30 p.m.

The price for each evening is €29, wine included.
