Fifth edition this year for the Verbania Vela Festival, over the weekend of 13th and 14th June 2009 on the Verbania shores of Lake Maggiore. Following the public favour of this event shown in past editions, the festival, organised by Circolo Velico Canottieri Intra and the Verbano Cusio Ossola Province, this years edition will once again offer an exciting programme.

The first match races will be the 2 regatta/rallies open to all lake classes: this is a dual event for all.drifters on Saturday and cabin cruisers on Sunday. The heart of the festival will be at the Intra port/lakefront area.

Not only fun in the water but also on land, with numerous activities connected to the world of sport and entertainment. As in previous editions there will be no shortage of opportunities to taste typical dishes of the area accompanied by good music will be.
